About TANNA-NVS
The Tanzania National Nurses Association (TANNA) Muhimbili National Hospital - Mloganzila Branch presents the Nursing Excellence Awards & Voting System.
This platform enables our nursing community to:
- Nominate outstanding nurses for various award categories
- Vote for finalists in a transparent and secure manner
- Celebrate excellence in nursing practice
- Recognize innovation and leadership in healthcare
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible as a contestant, you must:
- Be a nurse from Muhimbili National Hospital - Mloganzila
- Be a member of TANNA
- Have an active TNMC practice license
- Have at least 1 year of experience at MNH-Mloganzila
- Have a valid PF or VPF Number
How It Works
Registration
Staff members register with their PF/VPF numbers and complete their profiles with required information.
Nomination Period
Eligible staff can nominate themselves or others for various award categories. Multiple nominations are allowed.
Finalist Selection
Leaders review nominations and select the top 3 finalists for each category based on nomination counts and merit.
Voting Period
All staff members vote for their preferred finalists. Each person can vote once per category.
Results & Awards
Winners are announced based on vote counts. The Overall Best Nurse is selected from the Best Male and Best Female winners.
